Verdon, a small village in the Marne in the Champagne region on the borders of the Seine et Marne near Epernay and Reims , is surrounded by greenery, its river La Verdonnelle and its 12th century church inspire calm and absolute relaxation.

You will be seduced by the three cottages made up of two buildings from different periods with a total capacity of 16 people or the possibility of reserving an individual cottage.

The ""La Caudalie"" gîte is a long briarde with "half-timbered" decorations, restored after the Second World War.

This large building of great comfort has an area of 150 m2,

You will have at your disposal on the ground floor, a large fitted kitchen, a large living dining room with fireplace and stained glass windows as well as molded bases, a bathroom with WC, as well as a games room (billiards, games console ).

The exterior part offers a terrace as well as a garden equipped for the dining area with barbecue and garden furniture.

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms that can accommodate a total of 6 people as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet.

At the end of this briarde is the gite "Le Champêtre" with a surface area of 45 m2 with its stone facade.

In a cocooning spirit you enter a kitchen area equipped to simmer your small dishes, a beautiful bathroom with shower and toilet, a living-dining room with television, DVD player, a bedroom area that can accommodate 4 people warmly decorated and its period beams, its private garden with barbecue and garden furniture to enjoy the sun.

A second older building ""Le Pelerin"", part of which dates from the 15th and 16th centuries, facing the 12th century church;

It has a total area of 90 m2 with, on the ground floor, a large kitchen-dining room with its wood-burning stove, its historic beams, its stone walls as well as the floor in real tomettes, a lounge area to relax in leafing through a book, watching TV/DVD or even playing on the game console, a bathroom with shower, a separate WC.

Upstairs by two separate staircases you will reach two bedrooms, one for two people in a romantic atmosphere, the other for four people in an authentic setting.

You will enjoy the view of the church dating from the 12th century. (Don't ring so don't panic with a fanfare alarm clock)!!!!

You will also have a washing machine and a dryer in a laundry room shared by the three gîtes.

During your stay you will enjoy a large shared garden of 1800 m2 with trees in addition to your private spaces where a petanque court, a ping-pong area, games for children will be available.

(Outdoor equipment and recreation are not available during the winter)

10 minutes away you will find all the amenities (carrefour market, Lidl, etc.) as well as restaurants, pharmacies, hairdressers, bars, etc.
